I’m currently busy working as an enablement architect for the SAP Services Delivery organization. There has never been a better time to dive into the world of corporate learning than today. Corporate learning is changing drastically, HR and learning functions are adapting to the paradigm shift driven by technology, economy, and society as outlined in the sketched illustration above.

Therefore, human-centered approaches like Design Thinking are key to transform learning functions and offerings in a world shifting “from push to pull”, “from competition to cooperation”, “from competition to cooperation”, “from best practice to next practice”, or from “procedural to orientational knowledge”.
